The brief
RFC Consulting needed a clear identity and a custom website to accompany its launch as an apartment rental agency in New York. Property content had to be useful to people looking for a home and practical for the team to maintain.
The business also wanted a listing-alert experience that could keep prospective renters informed without rebuilding an email every time a property was added. The connection between a listing and the message about it needed to stay accurate.
How we approached it
Digital by DG created the brand guide and Wix Studio website, with CMS-managed property listings and dynamic listing pages. The content system gives each property its own information and image while retaining a consistent presentation across the catalog.
We used Velo backend logic to connect the listing data with triggered email alerts. Each email pulls the listing’s featured image and wraps it in a link to the relevant live listing page. The workflow uses CMS content rather than hard-coded property assets, so the image and next click are connected to the actual listing.
What the work made possible
The company launched with a coordinated brand and a website that supports both discovery and follow-up. A listing can become the source for its page and its alert, reducing the manual work between those two touchpoints.
The result is an operating content workflow as well as a public website.
