Information you share
When you submit a project inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, and project details. We use it to respond, discuss your project, and maintain the business relationship.
Website services
This website is hosted by Wix, which processes technical information needed to provide hosting, security, and form services. Inquiry submissions are handled through Wix Forms and may create or update a contact record in the website’s CRM.
Planning tools
The campaign calculator, tracking-link builder, and next-step guide run in your browser. Editable guide answers and campaign scenarios can stay in this browser. When you use the tools without signing up, their inputs are not submitted to Digital by DG. The optional signup after the next-step guide sends your signup details and the generic source “Next-step guide”; it does not send your answers, website or notes. Other signup forms explain any context shared before you submit. When you choose to copy or download a result, your browser handles that action. Information you later include in a project inquiry is handled as an inquiry.
Your project room
Saved examples, notes, tool results, and website checklist progress are stored in this browser. Until you choose to save a plan to your account, they are not backed up and clearing browser data removes them. The examples link contains only public project links and your selected goal. It excludes your notes and saved tool results. If you choose to talk through your brief, it is placed in the contact form for you to review and edit. It is sent to Digital by DG only when you submit that form. You can clear the room from the workspace.
Client accounts and projects
Client space is currently available by invitation; public account registration is closed. For invited accounts, Wix handles your sign-in credentials and member profile. Saving a plan to your account sends the notes, selected examples, checklist progress and tool results you review to Digital by DG’s private project system. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your client space may also hold project updates, messages, decisions, shared links, approved time records and invoices associated with your account. We use these records to deliver and manage the work. Signing up does not automatically grant access to another business’s projects or historical records.
Growth Lab
Growth Lab keeps a working draft in this browser. Its examples are labelled as fictional. If you save an experiment into a private project, we store the original worksheet and the observations you choose to add, including their dates, scope, source labels and notes. Original worksheets and observations are retained as separate records so the starting assumptions remain visible. They are not published as case studies automatically. Actual observations are recorded in your private project; the public worksheet does not submit them.
Email updates
If you join the Digital by DG email list, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the tool context or summary described on the signup form. We use this to send relevant website and marketing ideas and follow up on your interests. The signup form asks for your agreement to receive these updates. You can unsubscribe from future marketing emails.
External websites
Project links and review sources may lead to other websites. Those services have their own privacy practices.
