Brand direction, a custom website, and the booking and purchasing systems behind a modern tennis advisory business.
Protrakt needed to introduce a new tennis business to several audiences without turning the website into a collection of disconnected offers. Players and parents, coaches, and clubs needed to understand which services applied to them and how to get started.
The engagement went beyond the appearance of the website. The brand direction, service structure, customer journey and business tools had to make sense together, with a system the founder could continue to update as the company developed.
Digital by DG worked with Protrakt from the ground up on brand direction, service and audience architecture, UX, design and custom Wix Studio development. Dynamic service and audience experiences help present relevant information within one cohesive site.
The build includes custom Velo work, resource content, purchasing flows, Wix Bookings and fixed-duration pricing plans. Booking and payment details were refined together, so the site could take people from comparing an offer into purchasing and scheduling the associated sessions. Content management and training were part of the handoff.
Protrakt launched with a coordinated brand presence and a working business platform behind it. Its founder confirmed that a test purchase completed the booking and payment flow, displayed the intended package duration and tracked sessions.
The result is a website with room to grow as the company adds services and content. A public review also highlights the ability to update content without needing to become a technical specialist.
