Design direction, website development and digital marketing support for luxury safari travel.
Bushtracks plans custom safaris and scheduled expeditions. Its website needed to communicate those choices and give interested travelers a useful next step. Behind each brochure request or itinerary inquiry, the marketing and reservations teams needed enough context to continue the conversation.
Digital by DG provided design direction, development leadership and continuing website support. Working with the Bushtracks team, we developed brochure-request, newsletter and contact experiences, refined the reservation form around trip interests, and connected calls to action to the relevant forms.
The work extended into individual itineraries. We created dynamic thank-you pages for trip inquiries and added validation to CMS-connected forms. For an Active Kenya inquiry form, custom logic revealed an additional text field when a visitor selected Other as their referral source. Campaign and expedition updates continued into 2024, including new trip content and responsive refinements.
The delivered work connected the travel content with more specific inquiry paths. Visitors could identify a trip, request information and reach a relevant follow-up page. The engagement shows how a premium travel website can support both the experience being presented and the team handling the next conversation.
