How we work together

The business keeps moving after the website launches. Services change, a campaign needs a page, a new team member joins, or a useful idea finally makes it to the top of the list. Ongoing support gives that work a place to go. Digital by DG provides continuing website and marketing support through a scope that fits the business. Some clients need a steady rhythm of improvements. Others need an experienced partner who already understands the site when the next project arrives.

Small requests can become a surprisingly large backlog when nobody owns the next step. The homepage still describes last season. A form needs another field. Search data points to a page that could be more helpful. An integration changes, and someone needs to understand what it affects. A support arrangement should make the work easier to prioritize and complete, with a clear understanding of the time available and the requests that need a separate project scope.

We begin with the current site, the systems it connects to, and the priorities on your list. Then we agree on an approach to requests, available hours or project scope, communication, and approvals. The work can include content updates, new pages, CMS improvements, technical fixes, design refinements, reporting, and campaign support. We keep an eye on the bigger picture while handling the task in front of us: repeated manual work may deserve an automation, and a recurring page request may belong in the CMS. Recommendations stay practical and proportionate to the business. When a request grows beyond routine support, we define it clearly before adding it to the workload. You should be able to understand what was completed, what remains, and what the next useful improvement is. The aim is continuity: a partner who knows the site, remembers the decisions, and helps it stay useful as the business changes.

What can be included

The final scope depends on the project. The work can include:

  • A prioritized website and marketing improvement list
  • Content updates, new pages, and CMS changes
  • Design refinements and technical troubleshooting
  • Form, integration, and automation maintenance as scoped
  • Search, campaign, and website reporting where included
  • Practical recommendations for the next phase
  • Clear scope and approval for larger additions

A few practical questions.

Do you offer retainers?

Yes. The right arrangement depends on how much work is expected and the kind of support needed. We define the hours, term, request process, and included work in the agreement.

Can you support a website you did not build?

Often. We review the platform, code, integrations, access, and current condition first. That gives both sides a clear starting point and helps identify any work needed before ongoing support makes sense.

Does support include every new feature?

Larger features need their own scope. We can help assess the request, decide how it fits the priorities, and outline the work before it starts.
