Branding, a complete website and a custom therapist portal that make finding and managing available care easier.
The brief
Finding a therapist requires more than a list of names. People need to understand the practice, compare relevant specialties and locations, and see who has an opening. The team at Head In The Right Direction also needed a practical way to keep that information current.
The engagement brought the brand, full website and the operational details behind it into one project. The challenge was to create a welcoming public experience while giving individual therapists a straightforward way to maintain their availability.
How we approached it
Digital by DG developed the branding and complete Wix Studio website, including CMS-managed therapist profiles, search and filtering, practice information and consultation requests. The experience helps visitors move from a broad question about care to an appropriate therapist.
We built a secure availability portal where therapists manage their own recurring openings. Their updates appear on public profiles, with logic for virtual care and physical locations. Consultation notifications reach the practice and the assigned therapist, connecting the website to the next step in the process.
What the work made possible
The website serves both the person looking for care and the team providing it. Therapists can update their information without handing every change to an administrator, and visitors can explore the practice with more useful information in front of them.
The full site launched in April 2026. After launch, the client reported that therapists found the custom availability system easy to use and suited to their needs.
